Lynnette Heard

Lynnette has more than 30 years of higher education and non-profit executive leadership experience delivering organizational assessments, board governance transformation, coaching, strategic planning, research and intercultural initiatives. Her body of work on national and regional levels working with colleges and university boards has resulted in innovative programs and results-driven outcomes. Lynnette graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a combined bachelor’s degree in education and communication, earned her M.Ed. in higher education administration from Wright State University, and holds several professional certificates. As a thought-leader, connector and activator who guides organizations to achieve their visions, she is well-regarded for helping businesses to fully develop employees, volunteers, and other key constituents to exceed their goals.
